Job Summary
.Net L2 Support JD:* Good experience on .Net, MVC, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, etc.,
* Nice to have exposure on React, Tableau, GCP, PCF, HTML5, JavaScrpt, jQuery, CSS3, Jenkins, SonarQube, Github, etc.,
* Should be able to work on Service-now portal for incidents, service requests, change management, etc.,
* Ready to work in maintenance projects & able to take on L2/L3 support role
* Flexible to work in shifts
* Able to work on weekend on-call schedules (allocated once in 4-5 weeks)
* Should have good communication skills and able to work with the customers
* Requires good technical knowledge and ready to take on additional responsibilities
* Should be flexible enough for cross training in other technologies when there is a project need
