Job Summary

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing reports, supporting data loads, extracts, and basic configurations using Oracle Fusion technical tools. The role requires the ability to work with functional consultants and technical teams to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop and support reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
•    Support data upload and migration activities using HDL.
•    Assist in building and maintaining HCM Extracts based on business requirements.
•    Support development and troubleshooting of Fast Formulas.
•    Work with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
•    Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities.
•    Prepare technical documentation, report specifications, data load templates, and test evidence.
•    Support issue analysis for reports, extracts, data loads, and formula-related defects.

Required Skills
•    Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical tools including: 
o    BI Publisher
o    OTBI
o    HDL
o    HCM Extract
o    Fast Formula 
•    Basic understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and business processes. - Expertise: Core HR, Absence ,ORC,Payroll ; good to have: Talent
•    Experience in report development, data load support, extract development, and troubleshooting.
•    Ability to work with functional consultants to understand technical requirements.
•    Good analytical, documentation, and issue resolution skills.

Good to Have
•    Experience in at least 1 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support project.
•    Exposure to OIC, REST/SOAP services, and approval workflows.
•    Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Fusion Technical certification.

Key Responsibilities

1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
