Job Summary
- Provide L2/L3 support for Epic Ambulatory application issues and service requests.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Configure and maintain:
- Clinics and departments
- Provider records
- Visit types
- Encounter workflows
- Clinical documentation settings
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patch validations, and release deployments.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Prepare and maintain application documentation and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams including Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, Orders, and PB/HB modules.

Required Skills
- Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory module.
- Understanding of outpatient clinic workflows and patient care processes.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
