Job Summary
3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP. Strong knowledge of MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, and Master Data. Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, QM, PM, and FICO modules. Experience in AMS support, incident management, and change request implementation. Knowledge of debugging concepts and coordination with technical (ABAP) teams. Exposure to ticketing tools such as Service now, solution manager etc. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interact confidently with business users and customer leadership. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong documentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes
