Job Summary

Position Details 

  • Grade: Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Consultant 

  • Experience: 2–4 Years 

  • Location: India (Client Location / Hybrid) 

  • Industry Domain: Steel Manufacturing 

  • Reporting To: PMO Lead / Program Manager / SAP Transformation Lead 

Organization Overview 

  • Support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for steel manufacturing organizations with responsibility for governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder management. 

Role Purpose 

  • Drive governance and execution excellence across SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield programs through planning, reporting, risk management and leadership communication. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain project plans, milestones and resource trackers. 

  • Prepare governance reports and executive dashboards. 

  • Manage RAID logs and mitigation plans. 

  • Coordinate SAP functional, technical and business teams. 

  • Support testing, cutover, data migration and go-live activities. 

  • Track budgets, schedules and KPI adherence. 

Required Experience 

  • 2–4 years of SAP implementation/transformation experience. 

  • Minimum one Greenfield SAP implementation project. 

  • Minimum one Brownfield migration/conversion project. 

  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.

  • Steel Melting Shop (SMS) 

  • Continuous Casting 

  • Rolling Mills 

  • Quality Management 

  • Maintenance & Reliability 

  • Supply Chain & Logistics 

Desired Skills 

  • Project Planning & Scheduling 

  • Governance and Compliance Management 

  • Executive Reporting 

  • MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM 

  • Stakeholder Management and Communication 

Educational Qualifications 

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology/Metallurgy/Mechanical/IT. 

  • MBA/PGDM Preferred. 

  • SAP Certification, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Certification Preferred.
