Job Summary

An SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant designs, configures, and supports end-to-end field service operations. This role bridges backend ERP systems (like SAP S/4HANA) with dispatchers and mobile field technicians to optimize scheduling, work orders, and service execution.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Setup: Configure FSM modules including the Resource Planner, Dispatching Board, auto-scheduling rules, and business logic.

Integration Management: Connect SAP FSM with backend ECC or S/4HANA systems via SAP CPI or standard connectors for seamless data flow of work orders and equipment.

Mobile & Smart Forms: Implement and customize mobile applications, digital smart forms, and electronic signatures for field technicians.

Testing & Support: Lead workshops, gather client requirements, write RICEFW/functional designs, and resolve L2/L3 production incidents.

Skill Requirements

Experience: 4 to 5 years working with SAP CS (Customer Service) or specialized SAP FSM implementations.

Process Knowledge: Strong grasp of field service metrics (SLA priorities, first-time fix rates, capacity and crew management).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript, Jaspersoft reporting, and cloud integration tools.

Communication: Ability to run client-facing blueprint workshops and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams.
