Job Summary

An SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant manages the people side of an SAP implementation or S/4HANA transition. They build change strategies, design communication plans, assess business impacts, and run end-user training to drive high system adoption and reduce user resistance.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy: Create and run end-to-end OCM plans tied to the main project timeline.

Impact Analysis: Study how new SAP workflows alter daily job roles, team structures, and processes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders to align expectations and minimize team pushback.

Communication: Write and send updates, newsletters, and announcements to keep staff informed.

Training & Readiness: Build training programs, measure user readiness, and prepare staff for go-live.

Skill Requirements

Experience: 4 to 5 years working on large enterprise tech or SAP S/4HANA rollouts.

Core Skills: Change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and executive communication.

Training Delivery: Skill in building curriculums and user-adoption metrics.

Soft Skills: Strong public speaking, workshop leadership, and cross-team collaboration.
