As a Veeva Vault Submission Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling pharmaceutical clients to streamline regulatory and promotional processes using advanced Veeva Vault technologies. Your expertise will ensure seamless management and delivery of regulatory submissions and promotional materials, contributing directly to the organization’s mission to empower Life Sciences clients with cutting-edge digital solutions.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and maintain Veeva Vault Submission and Veeva PromoMats platforms for pharmaceutical clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that optimize document management, submission workflows, and promotional material approvals.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Lead or support system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user training sessions.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and liaise with Veeva support as needed.
- Advise clients on process improvements and system enhancements to maximize business value.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Submission and Veeva PromoMats in a pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory submission processes and promotional material management in pharma.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, GxP).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational, multicultural team environment.
