Job Summary

Supplier Enablement & Helpdesk

Supplier Enablement Specialist / Analyst
  • 3
  • 2+ years of experience managing processes, business and supplier queries to support them to run their day to day activities on SAP Ariba platform.
  • First point of contact for suppliers & users; log, categorize, acknowledge & track tickets
  • Ariba SLP: onboarding, registration, account setup, document follow-up and tracker updates
  • SAP Business Network SCC / CA: Ariba Network account creation/upgrade, order confirmation, ASN, invoice submission, transaction monitoring & wave-file support
  • Ariba Sourcing & Contract: event participation, RFQ / proposal support, contract navigation & sign-off (DocuSign)
  • First-level troubleshooting & functional guidance (SOP / KEDB); resolve standard issues
  • Escalate config / customization / development / S/4HANA technical & integration issues to IT team with full details
  • Conduct supplier training; share SOPs & guides; maintain KB; support UAT & user-manual updates
