Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Java Spring Boot Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing backend services and high-performance APIs, ensuring seamless data flow between server-side logic and front-end user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams to define, design, and ship new product features throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready backend applications using Java (Java 8 or higher/Java 17+) and the Spring Boot framework. 
  • Architecture & Microservices: Architect and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient microservices-based solutions and RESTful web services.
  • Database Management: Design and optimize database access layers using SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) alongside ORM frameworks like Hibernate and Spring Data JPA.
  • Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to eliminate latency issues, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Write clean, documented code and implement comprehensive unit/integration test suites using JUnit, TestNG, or Mockito.
  • Cloud & DevOps Integration: Support deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and containerized workflows via Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions within an Agile environment.

Skill Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Core Language: Proficient in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, and design patterns.
  • Framework Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud).
  • Data Layer: Solid proficiency in relational databases, SQL queries, and transaction management using Hibernate/JPA.
  • Tools & Version Control: Strong experience using build automation utilities (Maven/Gradle) and code management platforms (Git).
  • Messaging Systems: Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) is highly valued
