Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
• Creating Unit/Integration Test Scenarios along with test scripts
• Managing Test execution and following up with business stakeholders for sign-off
• Working on RCA for complex problems and delivering optimal solutions
• Creating documentation related to Change Requests and enhancements like configuration steps, test cases, test evidences
Qualifications
• Manhattan WMS support and E2E testing experience
• Experience working with cross functional teams [e.g. Oracle, SAP, Middleware] for integration testing
• Good overall understanding of warehousing process and different E2E flows
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL queries, procedures and packages.
• Desirable experience testing web services using POSTMAN.
•Solid understanding of Industry Standards QA process and methodologies.
•Testing experience in creating test data and validating the standalone systems when e2e systems are not integrated.
•Strong experience in preparing test scenarios and publishing daily/weekly testing reports.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Technical Skills
•In depth knowledge of Manhattan Warehouse Management System
•Excellent understanding of integration development
•Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
•Knowledge of LM and SCI is desirable
Key Responsibilities
2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers
5. To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
