Job Summary

Celonis Process Analyst with a strong background in process mining, optimization, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have led multiple end-to-end Celonis projects and possess deep expertise in uncovering inefficiencies and driving process improvements across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle Celonis process mining projects—from scoping to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
• Analyze business processes using Celonis and other mining tools to detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Design and build Celonis dashboards and models that deliver actionable insights.
• Maintain detailed process documentation including workflows, maps, and SOPs.
• Train internal teams and stakeholders on Celonis methodologies and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends in process mining and related technologies.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of project milestones.

Skill Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in process mining or process improvement roles.
• Certified Celonis Process Mining Professional.
• Proven track record of managing 6–7 end-to-end Celonis projects.
• Proficiency in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
