Job Summary

The Sr. RPA Development Lead plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing software robots that automate repetitive tasks to enhance business efficiency. This position involves guiding the development team to ensure optimal solutions are crafted in alignment with customer requirements while enforcing compliance with coding standards and conducting comprehensive configuration tests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze Current Processes And Perform Detailed Evaluations Of Functional And Business Requirements Using Advanced Rpa And Agentic Ai Technologies To Identify Automation Opportunities.
2. Contribute To The Development Of To-Be Solutions, Leveraging Architectural Design Principles And Best Practices In Rpa Implementation.
3. Develop And Implement Rpa Code While Mentoring The Development Team To Ensure Adherence To Quality Standards And Effective Use Of Agentic Ai Tools.
4. Validate Project Modules And Oversee Comprehensive Testing Phases Prior To Final Review, Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables.
5. Maintain Expertise In Advanced Rpa And Agentic Ai Technologies, Providing Insights For Continuous Improvement And Innovation Within One Or More Technology Areas.
