Senior Development Lead - Advanced RPA

Job Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and a strong understanding of business processes and data integration.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing Power Platform applications.

 

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Rpa With A Focus On Agentic Ai.
2. Strong Understanding Of Architectural Design Principles And Software Development Life Cycle.
3. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills For Effective Team Guidance And Stakeholder Engagement.
4. Networking And Influencing Skills To Foster Collaboration Within Cross-Functional Teams.
5. Qualification: Bca/B.Sc/B.Tech.
