Job Summary

Tableau Developer –

 

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer to design and deliver impactful data visualizations and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and a focus on performance and usability.

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Translate business requirements into analytics and visualization solutions
  • Work with multiple data sources and perform data analysis & validation
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Manage and publish content on Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud
  • Develop calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and filters
  • Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
  • Provide support and enhancements to existing dashboards

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

  • 8+ years IT experience, with 4+ years in Tableau development
  • Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server/Cloud
  • Proficiency in SQL (joins, complex queries, performance tuning)
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL concepts
  • Experience with large datasets and dashboard optimization
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Snowflake/Databricks) is beneficial
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
