Job Summary
Responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining presales collateral including RFPs, RFIs, proposals, pitch decks, case studies, and capability presentations to support business development and sales initiatives. Works closely with sales and cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, business challenges, and situational priorities, and develops customized client-facing materials aligned with strategic objectives.Additionally, designs and develops internal and external communication and marketing collateral to support branding, stakeholder engagement, leadership communication, and organizational initiatives. Ensures all materials maintain consistency in messaging, visual identity, and overall brand positioning.Educational Qualification:MBA Graduates, preferably in Marketingor, PGDM from a reputed business schoolKey Responsibilities:• Build Portfolio brand presence from scratch with MOM growth• Act as a bridge between in-house cross functional teams & potential/existing customers for requirement-services mapping• Secondary research to bring in point of differentiators across product portfolio keeping in mind the customer pain points• Create offering deck & ensure timely execution while maintaining quality output• Build strategies by doing monthly evaluations to determine what is working and what is not - ensuring a growth trajectory• Curate video and static visual assets for the website and social media platforms in collaboration with the design team• Can Facilitate marketing through content curation, capability decks & product portfolio presentationsKey Skills:* Presales & proposal management* Presentation design & business storytelling* RFP/RFI response creation* Marketing & communication collateral development* Stakeholder collaboration & coordination* Branding & visual communication* Tools: PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Exp – 5 to 7 Years.
