Job Summary

• Drive Enterprise Architecture strategy and thought leadership
• Evaluate Enterprise Architecture maturity and develop roadmap for improvement
• Proficient in Enterprise Architecture concepts and industry standard frameworks such as TOGAF,  BIZBOK
• Experienced in defining and implementing EA standards (principles, templates) and processes (governance, knowledge management)
• Define EA operating model, scope and implementation plan
• Define and implement Architecture Governance and Metrics management
• Experienced in developing integrated architecture insights leveraging data across various systems of record
• Define and implement EA Content Management processes
• Experienced in defining Architecture Patterns and Reference Architectures
• Experienced in developing EA solutions pertaining to current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, portfolio management, tech debt assessment etc,.
• Evaluate opportunities to embed automation, analytics, and GenAI across value stream operations
• Define roles and responsibilities for various architecture roles
• Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements/ use cases and translate into EA solutions
• Experienced in EA tools such as ARIS, Lean IX, Signavio, Alfabet, Orbus Infinity
• Experienced in EA modelling frameworks such as Archimate, BPMN 2.0, EPC
• Assess EA tool features and propose appropriate tooling solutions for client requirements
• Develop and deliver training content related to EA concepts, standards and processes
• Identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities for EA processes

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
