  • Lead PIM design and configuration for item classes, item attributes, catalogs, categories, item relationships and structures, lifecycle controls, product data imports and exports, and data-quality governance.
  • Map direct and indirect procurement requirements to Oracle Cloud processes covering requisitions, purchase orders, agreements, receipts, supplier activities, and applicable Procure-to-Pay touchpoints.
  • Own fit-to-standard workshops, requirements traceability, process maps, configuration workbooks, Functional Design Documents, and functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
  • Define and govern Procurement and PIM integration touchpoints, including item and category usage in purchasing, supplier and catalog data, B2B or EDI requirements, REST-based integrations, and third-party application dependencies.
  • Plan and lead CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production-readiness validation; drive defect triage, root-cause analysis, resolution coordination, and business sign-off.
  • Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, import, reconciliation, and cutover activities for suppliers, procurement documents, items, catalogs, categories, structures, and related master data.
  • Provide functional leadership to the offshore team by planning work, reviewing deliverables, mentoring consultants, managing dependencies, and ensuring compliance with agreed quality and delivery standards.
  • Facilitate design-authority and governance reviews, assess configuration options, control functional decisions and change impacts, and escalate critical risks with clear recommendations.
  • Support estimation, milestone planning, status reporting, cutover governance, hypercare prioritization, and controlled transition to support teams.

Skill Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and PIM experience across multiple implementation or rollout engagements, with ownership of functional design, configuration, and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement and Purchasing flows, the purchase-order lifecycle, supplier management, and Procure-to-Pay integration with Payables, Inventory, Projects, and other relevant applications.
  • Strong knowledge of PIM concepts and configuration, including items, item classes, attributes, catalogs, categories, relationships, structures, versions, imports, exports, and product data quality.
  • Experience defining functional requirements and supporting integrations, reports, data conversions, FBDI or spreadsheet-based loads, REST services, and third-party interfaces with technical teams.
  • Strong functional leadership, client-facing communication, facilitation, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate solution options against Oracle standard capabilities, business value, data governance, security, supportability, and operational impact.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional troubleshooting across Procurement, PIM, Payables, Inventory, Projects, reporting, data, and integration workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to allocate work, coach functional consultants, conduct quality reviews, manage competing priorities, and drive timely closure of decisions and deliverables.
  • 10-15 years of overall Oracle SCM or ERP functional experience, with substantial hands-on depth in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and PIM.
  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud Procurement or Product Management implementation and rollout engagements.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a recognized university in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, IT, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading client SMEs and delivery teams across discovery, design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, training, rollout, hypercare, and transition.
  • Fluent written and verbal English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
  • Track record of owning senior-level functional deliverables, solution governance, stakeholder communication, team mentoring, and issue resolution in complex or multi-country Oracle Cloud programs.
  • Ability to work across time zones and communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to client stakeholders and project leadership.
  • Offshore implementation and rollout leadership with structured coordination across client, onshore, offshore, functional, technical, data, and integration teams.
  • Works with: Client Procurement, Product Data, Finance and SCM SMEs, Onshore Functional Leads, Oracle Technical/Integration Team, Data and Reporting Teams, and Business Users.
  •

Other Requirements

  • Exposure to Inventory, Payables, Project Accounting, Cost Management, Fixed Assets, or General Ledger, and experience with multi-country rollouts across EMEA, North America, or APAC.
  • Oracle Cloud Procurement, Product Management, or SCM certification and relevant industry-domain experience are added advantages.
  • Experience with item governance processes such as new item introduction, review and approval workflows, change control, and scheduled implementation of approved product-data changes is preferred.
  • Experience assessing Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, planning regression coverage, and supporting post-go-live stabilization or application-management transition is preferred.
