Job Summary

A highly skilled Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant with over 8-12+ years of experience in the Oracle Fusion Financials covering General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, and Intercompany/AGIS with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules, also ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement-gathering and design workshops for GL, AR, AP Revenue Management, and Intercompany processes.
  • Configure GL, AR, Revenue Management, SLA Accounting, financial posting and AGIS/Intercompany related configuration in AP & AR
  • Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process flows, functional design documents, configuration workbooks, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for OIC integrations, FBDI/ADFdi loads, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, APIs, and extensions.
  • Work with business users, Oracle Technical/OIC, reporting, data migration, testing, and onshore/offshore teams for cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Prepare unit-test scripts and support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in cutover planning, including configuration migration, opening balances, outstanding transactions, and reconciliation.
  • Provide go-live and post-production/Hypercare support.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Handle incident management, enhancement requests, and ongoing functional support post-implementation.

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 8-12+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany.
  • Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
  • Familiarity with financial close and reporting processes.
  • Ability to independently conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle configurations.
