We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP CAP Developer with strong expertise in developing cloud-native enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP/CAPM). The candidate should have hands-on development experience with Node.js and/or Java and good knowledge of SAP BTP application development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP/CAPM).
  • Develop backend services using Node.js and/or Java.
  • Define data models and services using Core Data Services (CDS).
  • Develop and expose services using OData/REST APIs.
  • Implement custom business logic and service handlers.
  • Work with SAP HANA/HANA Cloud for application persistence.
  • Develop and deploy CAP applications on SAP BTP, particularly Cloud Foundry environments.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, roles, and application security.
  • Integrate CAP applications with SAP solutions and external services/APIs.
  • Support debugging, performance optimization, deployment, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with functional, UI/Fiori, integration, and architecture teams.
