Job Description: Kinaxis RapidResponse ArchitectRole Title: Kinaxis RapidResponse Architect / Principal ConsultantExperience Level: 10+ Years (with 5+ years in Kinaxis Architecture)Employment Type: Full-timeDomain: Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation / Solution ArchitecturePosition OverviewWe are seeking a high-caliber Kinaxis RapidResponse Architect to lead the vision, design, and governance of our global supply chain platform. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority—translating executive business strategies into scalable, high-performance RapidResponse architectures. You will lead technical teams, oversee multi-system integrations (gPlan, CDF, ERPs, Spanner), and optimize system performance while driving continuous value creation with enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Strategic DesignEnd-to-End Solution Ownership: Architect and design scalable enterprise solutions within Kinaxis RapidResponse across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, MEIO, and Capacity Planning.System Integration: Design seamless data interface architectures connecting RapidResponse with cloud data pipelines (e.g., Cloud Data Fusion, GCP), databases (Spanner/SQL), and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).Data Modeling & Governance: Establish baseline data models, core authoring standards, and architectural blueprints for custom workbooks, control tables, macros, and scripts.Technical Leadership & Performance GovernancePerformance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve platform-level performance bottlenecks, complex engine calculation delays, and high-volume data ingestion challenges.Quality & Code Review: Conduct architectural reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with best practices, maintainability, and optimal execution velocity.Mentorship & Team Upskilling: Mentor senior consultants, developers, and offshore leads to build deep domain and technical capability across the engineering team.Stakeholder Management & AdvisoryC-Level & Client Engagement: Serve as the strategic bridge between executive stakeholders, Group Leads (GLs), and technical delivery teams for requirement estimation, roadmap alignment, and technology selection.Risk Management & Escalations: Identify architectural risks, systemic performance trends, and technical debt; design proactive mitigation strategies and lead critical escalation resolutions.Innovation & Best Practices: Drive platform modernization, incorporate AI/ML integration possibilities, and lead process automation/optimization initiatives.Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical & Functional MasteryKinaxis Expertise: Deep hands-on experience as a Kinaxis Architect with proven delivery of end-to-end global implementations.Authoring & Customization: Master-level skill in RapidResponse Authoring, complex logic construction, custom workbench design, and scenario modeling.Enterprise Integration: Strong experience with cloud middleware, API flows, data lakes, and enterprise databases (GCP, Spanner, SQL).Supply Chain Domain: Deep expertise in global supply chain concepts, including constrained supply planning, inventory optimization, and multi-echelon planning.Leadership & Soft SkillsArchitectural Governance: Ability to establish governance frameworks, intake processes, and delivery standards for cross-functional teams.Communication: Exceptional client-facing presentation and executive-level communication skills.Problem Solving: Proven track record of turning complex, ambiguous business problems into structured technical roadmaps.Preferred Certifications & ExposureKinaxis Certification: Certified Kinaxis RapidResponse Level 3 Author / Architect or Administrator (highly preferred).Cloud Architecture: Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure ecosystem architectures.Agile Governance: Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or enterprise Scrum methodologies.
