Job Summary
seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful implementation, migration, support, and continuous improvement across Oracle Cloud applications such as ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, CX, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project and program management expertise, extensive Oracle Cloud delivery experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of leading global teams. The role requires ownership of delivery governance, financial management, resource planning, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation, migration, upgrade, rollout, and managed services engagements.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives within agreed SLA and contractual commitments.
- Drive project governance through steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.
- Oversee multiple workstreams across functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with business sponsors, IT leaders, and Oracle stakeholders.
- Facilitate business requirement discussions and solution alignment workshops.
- Provide executive-level updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Delivery Governance
- Establish delivery methodologies, quality assurance processes, and project controls.
- Monitor project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
- Implement risk management, issue tracking, escalation management, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance frameworks.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and revenue realization.
- Track project profitability, margins, and utilization metrics.
- Support contract management, change requests, and scope management activities.
- Drive cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead geographically distributed Oracle consultants, architects, developers, and support teams.
- Manage resource allocation, workforce planning, and competency development.
- Mentor project managers, delivery managers, and team leads.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oracle Cloud Transformation
- Drive successful implementations for:
- Oracle Fusion ERP
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- Oracle SCM Cloud
- Oracle EPM
- Oracle CX
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- Support cloud adoption, business process transformation, and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of Oracle Cloud solutions with business objectives.
Quality & Customer Success
- Monitor project health and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Lead issue resolution and service recovery initiatives.
- Ensure successful transition from implementation to support and managed services.
- Drive customer success, value realization, and continuous service improvement.
Presales & Business Growth
- Support RFPs, proposals, solution reviews, and customer presentations.
- Participate in solution estimation, staffing strategy, and delivery planning.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, cloud expansion, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to capability development and practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years managing Oracle Cloud delivery programs.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and enterprise customers.
