Job Summary

Description:Our client is looking for an SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Administrator for a long term project with one of our clients. Customer is looking for an expert resource with skills in SAP Business Objects Data Services, and the SAP Business Objects BI Platform toolset.Qualifications:10+ Years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.x, BusinessObjects Enterprise or earlier5+ Years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services 4.xExcellent working knowledge of BI Platform installation, configuration, and best practicesMust be able to effectively troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and other related issues from an administrator and developer point of viewMust be able to configure various authentication methods including AD, SAP, and HANA SAML for single sign on (SSO)Must have working knowledge of Apache Tomcat maintenance activitiesMust be proficient in upgrade/update practices and proceduresKnowledge of CTS+ configuration and troubleshooting is helpful

Key Responsibilities

Additionally, Preferred Candidates have:Experience installing and configuring Data Services 4.x, Information Steward 4.x, and Data Quality Manager 4.xExperience with client tools such as Web Intelligence, Lumira, Analysis for Office, and BI Platform Client ToolsWorking knowledge of clustering load balancing conceptsHave working knowledge of performance testing and tuningCurrent BI Platform 4.x certification or earlier

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
