Job Summary

The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing voice systems using Avaya technologies. This position ensures high-quality code deployment and provides exceptional client support, contributing significantly to the operational efficiency and effectiveness of voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Avaya Voice Features By Troubleshooting Issues, Resolving Bugs, And Addressing Ad-Hoc Requests Based On Business And Client Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Analyzing Data, Resolving Tickets, And Conducting Daily Monitoring Of Client Requirements To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Tasks In Alignment With Established Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation For Enhancements And Compliance With Cmmi Standards, Ensuring Thoroughness In Meeting Client And Project Requirements.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Support To Junior Developers, Promoting Best Practices In Avaya Voice Solutions And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Voice Avaya Technologies With A Strong Understanding Of System Operations.
2. Familiarity With Troubleshooting Methodologies And Problem Resolution Within Voice Systems.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Cmmi Documentation Processes And Compliance Requirements.
4. Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certification In Avaya Certified Support Specialist (Acss) Or Similar Relevant Qualifications
