Job Summary

The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the stability and functionality of call center operations utilizing Cisco technologies. This position is vital for maintaining high-quality service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to meet client and business requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Cisco Call Center Features By Troubleshooting Issues And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, Ensuring Alignment With Business Requirements And Technical Specifications.
2. Provide Comprehensive Client Support By Monitoring Requirements And Delivering Timely Ticket Resolutions, Ensuring Adherence To Defined Quality Standards And Project Timelines.
3. Create And Update Documentation Related To Process Enhancements And Cmmi Compliance Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Alignment With Client Specifications.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Skill Development And Adherence To Best Practices Within Cisco Call Center Technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Cisco Call Center Technologies And Tools.
2. Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills Related To Call Center Operations.
3. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation And Compliance Processes.
4. Excellent Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Team Collaboration.
