Job Summary

The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing on-premise Cisco Collaboration solutions. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality technical support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding junior developers, all while adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Features By Troubleshooting Issues, Resolving Bugs, And Addressing Ad-Hoc Requests Based On Business And Client Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Analyzing Data, Resolving Tickets, And Monitoring Client Requirements To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Tasks While Meeting Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create And Maintain Documentation Related To Enhancements And Compliance With Cmmi And Client Requirements To Ensure Clarity And Adherence To Standards.
4. Offer Technical Guidance To Junior Developers On Best Practices And Troubleshooting Techniques Related To On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Troubleshooting And Maintenance Processes.
3. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation Standards.
4. Good Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Team Collaboration.
