Job Summary

The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of Citrix Cloud solutions. This position involves maintaining existing features, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality support to clients. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Citrix Cloud Solutions By Troubleshooting Bugs, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing Enhancements Based On Client And Business Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Performing Day-To-Day Monitoring Of Client Needs, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Tasks In Alignment With Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation Related To Enhancements, Ensuring Compliance With Cmmi Standards And Client Specifications.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Their Growth And Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices In Citrix Cloud Operations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Citrix Cloud Technologies
2. Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues
3. Experience In Client Support And Managing Service Requests
4. Familiarity With Documentation Standards, Particularly Cmmi
