Job Summary

The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Citrix Server systems. This position is essential for ensuring high-quality service delivery and support, aligning technical solutions with client needs, and promoting best practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Citrix Server Features, Resolving Bugs And Implementing Enhancements Based On Client Requirements And Functional Specifications.
2. Provide Client Support By Monitoring Citrix Server Performance, Managing Support Tickets, And Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Issues To Uphold Quality Standards.
3. Create And Maintain Documentation In Compliance With Cmmi And Client Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Completeness For Operational Processes.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering A Collaborative Environment And Enhancing Team Capabilities In Citrix Server Technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Citrix Server Administration And Support.
2. Strong Understanding Of System Monitoring And Troubleshooting Techniques.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Documentation Practices In Line With Cmmi Standards.
4. Good Communication Skills For Effective Client Interaction And Team Collaboration.

Other Requirements

1. Citrix Certified Associate (Cca) Or Citrix Certified Professional (Ccp) Is Optional But Valuable
