Senior Engineer Data - Network LAN/WAN
Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

Support day-to-day operations of automation and observability tools. Execute pre-built automation workflows using iAutomate. Monitor dashboards, alerts, and service health through iObserve. Assist in developing and maintaining Network as Code templates and scripts. Perform routine troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support lifecycle management of tools, including upgrades and patching activities. Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and operations teams during incident resolution. Validate automation outputs and report findings.

Key Responsibilities

Basic understanding of network concepts (LAN, WAN, Routing, Switching). Knowledge of automation fundamentals. Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON. Basic understanding of Git/version control systems. Exposure to iAutomate, iObserve, or similar automation and observability platforms.

Skill Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication. Willingness to learn new technologies.
