Job Summary : TechLounge engineer
Job Responsibilities : Provides first-level technical support services for client computers and peripherals maintained by Local Services, operating under supervision. Focuses on executing standard procedures, resolving routine issues, and supporting end-users in a structured environment. Delivers basic IT support for desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. Works under supervision and follows defined processes to provide Level 1 support. Performs installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of hardware and software. Logs and tracks incidents in the ticketing system. Escalates complex issues to higher support levels. Maintains documentation and inventory records.
