Job Summary
Manage Mobile Devices Configuration & handling stream to a successful operation • Manage workload and undertake appropriate escalation responsibilities • Must be able to analyze data from multiple data sources • Keep Mobile HW inventory and plan inventory reserves • Participate on various internal, client and vendor facing conference calls, if necessary • Ensures effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, vendors teams personnel and customers. • Create monthly reports based on several indicators and metrics. • Ensures that all Mobile Devices Management related documentation (client processes, work instructions, catalogue documentation, ISO documentation) are up-to-date and include relevant information. • Works closely with Service Delivery Managers and account lead to proactively monitor SLA & & KPI performance and reporting on them accurately. • Good interpersonal skills and customer service.
