Job Summary
Wintel L1 Engineer Experience 0–4 years Key Responsibilities Monitor servers, alerts, and ticket queues Basic troubleshooting for Windows Server issues User account management (AD password reset, unlock, etc.) Handle L1 incidents and service requests via ITSM tools Escalate complex issues to L2 team Perform daily health checks (CPU, memory, disk, services) Technical Skills Windows Server: 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025 (basic operations) VMware: Monitoring virtual machines (vSphere 6.5 / 7 / 8) Active Directory: Basic user and group management Hardware: Basic knowledge of IBM / HP / Dell servers Networking basics (DNS, DHCP understanding) Key Competencies Good communication skills ITIL basic knowledge Ticket handling (ServiceNow, Remedy)
