Job Summary
The On-Site IT Mobile Devices Management Analyst Jr. is responsible for supporting the day-to day management of mobile devices, inventory, reporting, and service operations. This role works closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient mobile device lifecycle management, SLA compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage mobile device configuration, deployment, and operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery. • Monitor workload and proactively escalate issues when required. • Analyze data from multiple sources to support operational decision-making and reporting. • Maintain mobile hardware inventory and forecast inventory requirements to ensure adequate stock levels. • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors through meetings and conference calls as needed. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between support teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues in a timely manner. • Prepare and maintain monthly operational reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics. • Ensure all Mobile Device Management (MDM) documentation, including work instructions, processes, service catalogs, and compliance documentation, remains accurate and up to date. • Work closely with Service Delivery Managers and Account Leads to monitor SLA and KPI performance and provide accurate reporting. • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Support continuous service improvement initiatives and best practice adoption. • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills Technical Skills • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNow. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management/reporting. • Knowledge of mobile device configuration and troubleshooting for: o Apple iPhone/iOS devices o Android devices • Understanding of mobile device billing and carrier management processes. • Basic understanding of ITIL v4 principles and service management processes. • ITIL Foundation v4 certification is an advantage. Other Requirements
Language Requirements • Proficient in spoken and written English. • Spanish language skills are a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting enterprise mobile device environments. • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. • Experience working in a service delivery or managed services environment. • Exposure to SLA/KPI reporting and operational performance management.
