Key Responsibilities
HCLTech AWS Delivery Unit seeks a skilled and customer-oriented AWS Architect with expertise in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant cloud architectures, AWS Landing Zone setup using Control Tower multi-account strategy following AWS Well Architected Framework, Security and Compliance on AWS, Networking expertise, containerization and serverless experience. In this role, as an AWS Solutions Architect, you need a diverse set of skills to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable cloud solutions on the AWS platform.
Skill Requirements
Total Experience - A minimum of 12 to 15 years of proven experience in Cloud migration, infrastructure delivery, and Cloud Architect roles within a software or services organization. Relevant Experience - A minimum of 6 – 8 years of relevant experience as AWS Infrastructure Architect and strong hands-on experience on AWS Organizations, Service Control Policies, Control Tower, CloudWAN, Transit Gateway, VPC setup, ECS/EKS, AWS security services like Guard Duty, Security Hub etc, private cloud migration to AWS, IAC- Terraform Enterprise and Harness nice to have. Mandatory Skills: a. Solid understanding of AWS services: You should have an in-depth knowledge of various AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and their use cases, configurations, and best practices. b. Cloud architecture design: You should be able to design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable cloud architectures that align with business requirements and follow AWS best practices. c. Security and compliance: Understanding AWS security services like IAM, VPC, Security Groups, and compliance requirements is essential. d. Networking expertise: Knowledge of networking concepts like VPCs, subnets, routing tables, gateways, cloudWAN is crucial for designing secure and efficient network architectures. e. Automation and scripting: Proficiency in using infrastructure as code tools like Terraform for automating infrastructure provisioning and management. Terraform enterprise and harness as nice to have. f. Monitoring and logging: Familiarity with Zabbix and AWS monitoring and logging services like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config for monitoring resources, analyzing logs, and maintaining compliance. g. Migration and hybrid cloud: Experience in migrating private cloud workloads to AWS and designing cloud architectures h. Real-time data streaming and processing: Experience in Amazon Kinesis i. Connect and manage IoT devices securely: Expertise in AWS IoT j. Store and analyze time-series data: Experience in Timestream k. Containerization and serverless: Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and AWS ECS/EKS, as well as serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions. l. Problem-solving and troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a cloud environment. m. Continuous learning: Ability to stay updated with the latest AWS services, features, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
