Job Summary

The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems. This role focuses on writing, testing, and deploying high-quality code while providing exceptional support and enhancements based on client and business requirements. The position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft App-V and SCCM, contributing to the organization's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Features By Troubleshooting Issues And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests Using Microsoft App-V And Sccm, Ensuring High-Quality Support Aligned With Client Requirements.
2. Provide Client Support Through Effective Monitoring And Resolution Of Tickets, Presenting Data And Information, And Managing Day-To-Day Operational Activities To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Tasks.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation Related To Cmmi Standards And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Clarity For All Project Stakeholders.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Skill Development And Adherence To Best Practices Within The Team.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Microsoft App-V And Sccm.
2. Proficient In Troubleshooting And Maintaining It Systems.
3. Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Clients And Team Members.
4. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation Standards.

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
