Job Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and manage the Flexera One platform for Software Asset Management (SAM) operations Support and maintain the on-premises legacy solution FNMS, ensuring continuity during transition phases Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration tasks related to asset management Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and reconciliation across SAM tools and databases Act as a SPOC for Flexera-related support and escalations Liaise with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions Assist in data migration, normalization, and reconciliation between Flexera One and FNMS Generate and present asset management reports and insights to internal and client teams Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Flexera One (SaaS-based SAM platform) Working knowledge of FNMS (Flexera IT Visibility / on-prem legacy) Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets Good understanding of software licensing models and compliance Experience working in a customer-facing or support role
