Responsible for Application DR testing. Responsible for Facilitate Autosys change activity relating to downtime of a particular Autosys instance Responsible for Work with Service NOW team for DB enhancement Responsible for Work on Service improvement plans and Automation Responsible for Autosys Job Failures and Troubleshooting Responsible for Handling Customer calls Responsible for Provide job logs per request to business users Responsible for on call support whenever BAU requires Responsible for Continuously monitoring the BAU improvement Responsible for Major Incident Calls Responsible for Autosys Job Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Performance Monitoring, Incident Management, Knowledge Sharing, USER Support, Process Improvement, Root Cause Analysis, Autosys JIL understanding Responsible for Monitoring Service Now Incident Tickets for Business Responsible for Email monitoring for Business Responsible for Root cause Analysis of Autosys job Failures and other Autosys Alerts Responsible for Following up with application team and working with them for the issue fix
