Senior Engineer - Monitoring Tools, Event Monitoring

Job Summary

​Dedicated to risk management, regulatory compliance, and securing/mapping Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure in industrial/manufacturing environments. Requires on-call readiness to support OT visibility/vulnerability incidents that impact production or plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Administer IRM/GRC modules: Risk Statements, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Authority Documents.
  • ​Configure continuous control monitoring rules, risk scoring thresholds, and assessment surveys.
  • ​Administer OT Manager / OT Visibility modules: monitoring OT asset discovery, Purdue Model / ISA-95 asset hierarchies, and OT vulnerability response.
  • ​On-Call & Escalation: Participate in on-call support for critical OT system alerts, plant-level asset integration drops, or urgent compliance breaches occurring outside core working hours.
  • ​Interface with CISO and operational engineering teams to maintain OT inventory integrity.
  • ​Manage security posture, ACL checks, and integration health between IRM policies and OT assets.
  • ​Qualifications & Working Conditions
  • ​3+ years administering ServiceNow GRC/IRM; exposure to OT/IoT platforms or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
  • ​Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-Risk and Compliance.
  • ​Flexibility: Ability to support a rotational on-call schedule for plant/OT emergency escalations.
