Senior Engineer - SIP & Third Party Integration Tools

Job Summary

The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of SIP and Third Party Integrations. This position is responsible for writing, testing, and deploying high-quality code, while also providing technical support and guidance to enhance system performance and meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Sip And Third Party Integration Features By Troubleshooting Bugs, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing Enhancements Based On Business And Client Needs.
2. Provide Technical Support To Clients By Monitoring Requirements, Presenting Data, And Resolving Tickets, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Tasks While Adhering To Quality Standards.
3. Create And Maintain Documentation For Enhancements In Alignment With Cmmi And Client Requirements, Ensuring All Processes Are Well-Documented And Compliant.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Sip And Third Party Integrations, Fostering Skill Development And Best Practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Sip And Third Party Integrations
2. Proficient In Coding, Testing, And Deploying Software Solutions
3. Familiarity With Troubleshooting And Debugging Techniques
4. Experience In Documentation Practices For Cmmi And Client Specifications
