Senior Engineer - SharePoint Administration

Job Summary

The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of SharePoint environments. This position involves troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and providing top-tier client support while adhering to stringent quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Sharepoint Features And Functionalities, Resolving Bugs And Supporting Both Major And Minor Enhancements According To Business Requirements And Input From Technical Teams.
2. Monitor Client Requirements And Deliver Timely Support, Including Data Presentation, Ticket Resolution, And Daily Operational Activities, Ensuring Adherence To Defined Quality Standards For On-Time Task Completion.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation To Meet Cmmi And Client Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Compliance With Operational Standards.
4. Provide Technical Guidance To Junior Developers, Fostering Their Skill Development In Sharepoint Administration And Best Practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Sharepoint Administration With A Strong Understanding Of Site Management, Permissions, And Content Deployment.
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues Effectively In A Sharepoint Environment.
3. Familiarity With Documentation Standards, Particularly In Relation To Cmmi.
4. Good Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Team Collaboration.

1. Microsoft Certified: Sharepoint Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable)
