Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Lead SAP Finance AD work for enhancements and transformation initiatives, aligning finance process requirements with secure, compliant and supportable SAP FI/CO solutions.
Finance and Controlling, Record-to-Report, GL/AP/AR, asset accounting, cost accounting, intercompany, tax/local statutory needs, treasury touchpoints, audit controls, financial reporting and integration with SD/MM/PP.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional analysis, solution design and delivery planning for SAP Finance change requests, enhancements and project work.
Own finance process design across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, controlling, cost/profit centres, intercompany, closing and reconciliation processes.
Define finance functional specifications, configuration changes, testing scope, cutover considerations and handover material for AD deliverables.
Ensure FI/CO integration impacts are understood across OTC, MM/PP, inventory, logistics, procurement, billing and external finance-related add-ons.
Provide subject-matter leadership for month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities during transition and change delivery planning.
Support compliance, audit, tax code, financial control and traceability requirements within delivered solutions.
Partner with developers, BASIS, Security and functional peers to deliver changes that are stable, controlled and ready for AMS support.
Drive finance process improvement using operational ticket insights, data validation, recurring-error analysis and automation opportunities.
Represent Finance in cross-domain architecture, governance, backlog and roadmap discussions where finance outcomes are affected.
Mentor Finance Consultants and support knowledge transfer for finance-specific runbooks, process documentation and test assets.
