Job Summary

Administer Epic user provisioning, modification, and deactivation requests.Design, configure, and maintain Epic security classes, templates, and role-based access controls (RBAC).Collaborate with application teams, compliance teams, HR, and operational stakeholders to ensure appropriate user access.Perform periodic access reviews and support internal/external compliance audits.Monitor Epic security logs and investigate access-related issues or policy violations.Support Epic upgrades, migrations, and environment refresh activities from a security perspective.Maintain comprehensive documentation of security models, workflows, and access processes.Participate in change management, governance reviews, and security compliance initiatives.Resolve security-related incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in access management processes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
