Job Summary
- Support Epic Cadence and Grand Central application build, maintenance, enhancements, and optimization activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic scheduling and patient access solutions.
- Configure and maintain appointment scheduling, provider templates, referrals, registration, and patient access workflows.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, workflow analysis, system design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Support application upgrades, integrated testing, regression testing, and go-live events.
- Collaborate with Ambulatory, Prelude, Referrals, MyChart, and Revenue Cycle teams to support end-to-end patient workflows.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, build documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide operational support and recommend process improvements to increase scheduling efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance processes, and change management procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting Epic Cadence and/or Grand Central applications.
- Strong understanding of patient scheduling, registration, patient access, and provider scheduling workflows.
- Experience in application configuration, testing, production support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage medium-complexity assignments and customer interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Epic Cadence Certification.
- Active Epic Grand Central Certification (preferred).

- Knowledge of healthcare operational workflows and scheduling best practices.
- Experience working in Agile and ITIL environments.
