Senior Full Stack Java Technical Architect - DevOps

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and strategic direction for projects involving spring boot, DevOps Solutions, and full stack Java development. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex technical solutions to meet business objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and architecting scalable and secure solutions using spring boot framework
2. Implementing devops practices and solutions to automate and streamline development processes
3. Leading full stack java development projects from inception to completion
4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications
5. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
6. Conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting technical issues
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in spring boot, devops, and full stack java development

Skill Requirements

  1. Java Architecture & Development
    • 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java technologies with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
  2. Microservices & Distributed Systems
    • Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
  3. Event-Driven Architecture
    • Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, messaging platforms, and event-driven integration patterns.
  4. Application Modernization & Upgrades
    • Proven experience leading migration and upgrade initiatives involving Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, frameworks, and third-party dependencies.
  5. Automation & Engineering Productivity
    • Extensive experience in automation of development, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes.
  6. AI-Assisted Software Engineering
    • Hands-on experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or Devin, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
  7. Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
    • Exposure to designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI Agents/Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK, with a track record of building production-ready agents.
  8. Low-Code Platforms
    • Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform
  9. Technical Leadership
    • Proven ability to lead architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and engage with business and technology stakeholders.

 

Preferred Experience: Python, Cloud platforms (Azure), Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and Banking/Financial Services domain experience.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in springboot, DevOps, or full stack Java development are a plus

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
