Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Engineer will perform manual testing activities to support mobile application development efforts. This role ensures functional stability, release readiness, and adherence to quality standards across all mobile app releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily manual testing to support ongoing mobile development
  • Execute regression testing for bi‑weekly and ad‑hoc releases
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases
  • Validate fixes and enhancements across mobile builds
  • Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA
  • Collaborate closely with developers and SDETs to ensure end‑to‑end quality
  • Update all test deliverables and results in project tracking tools

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong experience in manual testing of mobile applications (iOS & Android)
  • Expertise in test case design, execution, and defect reporting
  • Hands‑on experience with TestRails and JIRA
  • Functional and regression testing experience
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
