Job Summary
Lead and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Commercial Lending initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and release readiness criteria. Partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Agile Squads, and Quality Engineering teams to deliver effective UAT planning, execution, governance, and sign-off.Define and maintain UAT strategy, plans, scope, entry/exit criteria, and business acceptance requirements.
Assess UAT readiness, including environments, test data, resources, and dependencies.
Lead end-to-end UAT execution, tracking progress, risks, issues, and blockers.
Facilitate defect triage, prioritization, resolution, and retesting.
Manage UAT artefacts including test plans, test cases, RTM, defect logs, execution evidence, and closure reports.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test coverage, execution results, and defects.
Coordinate business users and stakeholders throughout the UAT lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement
