Responsibilities
1 Own end-to-end proposal lifecycle — from RFI/RFQ analysis and technical solutioning to high-quality bid submissions and customer presentations
2 Lead technical strategy for pursuits — shape winning solutions, defend proposals, and ensure competitive differentiation across OEM and Tier-1 engagements.
3 Identify, incubate and evangelize next-gen automotive technologies including SDV, GenAI, ADAS, and EV/BMS platforms to position the organization at the forefront.
4 AI solutions & Automation to be driven across the phases bringing optimum Time to Market and cost benefits
5 System thinking, Technical decision making, Stakeholder communication, Mentoring & leadership
# System & Software
1 Define end to end software architecture for automotive systems (ECU, domain, zonal, centralized/SDV).
2 Translate vehicle-level requirements into software, middleware, and hardware abstractions.
3 Select appropriate architectural patterns:Service oriented architecture (SOA), Event driven architecture, Layered architecture (HAL, BSW, Middleware, Application)
4 Design scalable and reusable software platforms across vehicle lines.
5 Extensively worked in one of many areas ADAS / Powertrain / Infotainment and Clusters/ Classis and Body/ Diagnostics/ Platform Autosar - Classic / Adaptive
6 Define Classic AUTOSAR or Adaptive AUTOSAR architecture based on use case.
7 BSW configuration (MCAL, ECU Abstraction, Services)
9 Service discovery, POSIX OS integration, SOME/IP, DDS
10 Cybersecurity Architecture (ISO/SAE 21434)
11 Define secure software architecture: Secure boot, Secure OTA, Key management
12 Architect systems to meet ASIL (A–D) requirements : HARA (Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment), Safety concept development (Functional & Technical)
13 Apply safety mechanisms: Watchdogs, Redundancy, Memory protection, Safe state handling
14 Act as a technical authority across teams: System engineering, Software development, Hardware, Validation & test
15 Tools : Exposure to various tool chains from Systems engineering, Development, HIL/MIL/SIL Simulators, debuggers and tracers

1 C/C++, Python, Model based design (MATLAB/Simulink – architectural level)
3 Automotive networking ( CAN, LIN, CAN FD, 10/100 Base T1, Ethernet, TSN, Flexray, etc)
4 Functional safety (ISO 26262) & cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434)
