Job Summary
Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant:Job Description:Participate in in-depth discovery sessions with customers to understand business requirements and assist the Senior Consultants in developing detailed specifications. Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and services teams to configure and implement Maestro software solutions tailored to customer needs. Configure and implement Kinaxis Maestro product based on customer business requirements, ensuring solution configurations are of high quality, aligned with user stories, and completed in accordance with project timelines. Core RR Authoring and Analytics: Demonstrate good knowledge and hands-on experience with core RR authoring and analytics.Domain Knowledge: Possess basic domain knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and capacity planning with constraints and yields.Data Model and Workbook Authoring: Work with data models, author workbooks, and manage automation and scheduled tasks.Experience and proficiency in advanced level of Kinaxis Rapid Response resource design and authoring such as composite workbooks, workbook automations, dashboards, scorecards, tree maps, charts, forms etc. Experience in Rapid Response scripting and solution extensions will be an added advantage. Experience with participating in design sessions, resolving technical issues during various project phases. Analytical Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of RR analytics (Netting, CTP, FLP, etc.) and any one of core planning capabilities like attribute-based planning in RR.System Integration: Have knowledge of system integration to connect with other enterprises or stand-alone systems (interfaces, connections, imports, exports).Technical skills such as SQL, R, Java Script, Python, etc.

2. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
6. To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents
