Job Summary

"We are looking for a highly experienced SAP QM Lead Architect with 15+ years of expertise in driving end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs within manufacturing environments. The role requires deep functional and architectural knowledge of Quality Management (QM), along with the ability to define enterprise-wide quality processes, global templates, and integration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own end-to-end SAP QM solution architecture across S/4HANA programs
Lead fit-gap workshops, blueprinting, and global template standardization
Design and implement core QM processes:
Quality Planning, Inspection Planning & Inspection Lots
Quality Control (Incoming, In-process, Final Inspection)
Quality Notifications & Defect Management
Audit Management and Compliance processes
Drive integration with PP, MM, SD, EWM, and PM modules
Architect shop floor quality and manufacturing quality integration scenarios
Provide guidance on S/4HANA best practices, simplification, and Fiori adoption
Oversee RICEFW design, data migration strategy, and interfaces (MES/PLM)
Lead testing strategy (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and go-live governance
Mentor teams and ensure delivery quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
Engage with business leaders and CXO stakeholders for solution alignment
•    Design and configure SAP S/4HANA QM module (Quality Planning, Inspection, Quality Control, and Quality Notifications). 
•    Implement and support: 
o    Inspection Planning (Inspection Types, Sampling Procedures)
o    Inspection Execution (GR, In-process, Final Inspection)
o    Quality Notifications (NCR, CAPA handling)
o    Audit Management / Compliance 
•    Work on Quality Certificates & Vendor Evaluation integration. 
•    Integration of QM with other SAP modules and Non SAP software’s like Team Center , Compliance Quest etc 
•    Support end-to-end quality processes across systems (ECC/S4, MES, Compliance systems like TrackWise, CQ, etc.)
•    Participate in blueprint, design, build, test, and deployment phases. 
•    Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments. 
•    Conduct SIT, UAT, and defect resolution. 
•    Lead workshops and business requirement discussions. 
•    Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support."
