Job Summary

"Lead end-to-end Customer Service/Plant maintenance & Support operations covering strategy, installed base, service delivery, and continuous improvement aligned with SAP S/4HANA Service/CS
Skills & Experience
15+ years of experience in SAP CS/PM
 • Experience in 1–2 end-to-end implementations or support projects
 Strong SAP CS /Plant maintenance, S/4HANA Service expertise
 • Strong knowledge of CS-SD integration 
 • Hands-on experience in:
 installed Base & Equipment Management, Serialization, Warranty
 Service Contracts & Entitlements (AMC, SLA-based services)
 Field Service Management (planning, scheduling, mobility, spare parts)
 Cross-module integration (SD, MM, FI, CRM/CX, FSM tools)
 
Experience in testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support
 • Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills
 Soft Skills
 Strong consulting and communication skills
 Experience in client-facing roles and workshops
 Ability to handle cross-functional dependencies"
